Health and Lifestyle Coaching
I offer a way for people living with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and other autoimmune conditions to regain their health and reduce their pain.
About Me
Welcome to No Pain, All Gain! I have found a way to greatly reduce the pain I live with due to Fibromyalgia and I want to share it with you. Although my experience has been with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia, I know this will help anyone with chronic pain to be able to live a vibrant life.
Over the years I have tried countless ways to reduce the pain, from over-the-counter medications, massage, chiropractic manipulation, physical therapy, acupuncture, and alternative therapies. Although I am still a great supporter of massage, chiropractic manipulation, physical therapy, and alternative therapies, I no longer use over-the-counter drugs because of the side effects and the councils given from God to Ellen G. White. God created our bodies, and through the Bible and Ellen G. White, He gave us instructions on how best to take care of them. It is through exercise and God’s Health message that I have found a way to greatly reduce the pain I experienced on a daily basis and be able to stay active with my family. When I am staying true to my diet and exercise routine, I can honestly say that I am pain free. It is only when I start to move away from these routines that the migraines, joint pain, and digestive issues come back with a vengeance. Refocusing on my diet and exercise routines causes the pain to subside again, so I know without a doubt that this works!
If you are interested in finding out about how to reduce the pain and enjoy your life again, please join me as I break down what has helped me get to where I am today. May God bless you as you start to follow His plan to enjoy your life with the healthy body and mind, that He intended for you all along.
Managing grief can be one of the greatest challenges we have to go through as humans. No one wants to say goodbye to those we love most. Whether your relationship was in good standing or not when your loved ones die, learning to live without them requires time, and a shift in our mindset before we can be ok again. The length of this process lies in the tools we have to deal with it, and how willing we are to use them. Here are some ways to process our grief, whether it be from death, physical separation, or unexpected life changes.
Forgiveness and your health are intricately connected. Holding onto old grievances leads to depression, anxiety, and compounds chronic illness. Learning how to forgive, can be the tool that helps you break through the wall that’s holding you back!
What is success to you? Most of us strive to be considered successful by our family and peers. But, what is success? If you interviewed 10 people on the street what success meant to them, you would most likely end up with some very different answers depending on what street you were on. You will probably find that what you think is successful, is not what someone else thinks it is. More importantly, if you don’t know what success means to you, how will you know if you’re successful? Let’s discuss what success really means, and how you can find out what success truly means for you and how to get there.
