Who needs a Health and Lifestyle coach?
A Health and Lifestyle coach is for anyone who is being held back by illness and/or insecurities about themselves or the world around them. I help people with fibromyalgia and chronic illness manage their symptoms with ease, so they never feel held back again. I do this with a combination of confidence building, exercise, and nutrition.
Why is building confidence important?
Firstly, It can help reduce anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotion regulation problems, buffering with food, drink, over exercising or procrastination. Secondly, coaching can also help improve your relationships at all levels, and help you pursue the career of your dreams.
In the beginning, I didn’t even know what confidence coaching was until I heard a radio promotion for Trish Blackwell and the College of Confidence. As a result, I started listening to Trish, and she saved my life! When I found Trish I was battling severe depression and anxiety. At the time, I pleaded with God for a way to help me get better. Consequently, God sent me Trish. Today I am now depression free, and have tools to manage my anxiety. Recognizing that my worth was centered in the love of God and the sacrifice that Jesus made for me changed everything. In short, God said I was worthy, so it doesn’t matter what anyone else says.
In our coaching sessions, I will use the skills Trish taught me to help you discover your worth. Next we will break through the insecurities that are holding you back. You will then learn how to re-frame your negative thoughts into more positive ones that will propel you towards your dreams.

Why is exercise important for people with FM and Chronic illness?
I have always been an active person from the time I could walk, so movement and exercise are very important to me. Exercise is vital for those with FM, Chronic Fatigue and anyone interested in a healthy body. Participation in many different forms of exercise has been paramount in my life. When FM settled in I was unable to continue with the more intense activities like skiing, ice skating, and anything that may result in a fall. As a result, even aerobic exercise videos became a challenge.
In order to keep my body moving, I developed my own strength training exercise routine to keep my body strong and burn calories. Subsequently, I have created videos of my exercise routine to give others with FM a workout they can trust. The result of this, there are three videos in the collection that include the routine I do on a regular basis, a beginner’s version, and a moderate version.
It’s important to combine this strength training routine with activities that will get you out into the fresh air. Some of these activities include: walking, hiking, running, swimming, cycling, rollerblading, cross country skiing, or whatever outdoor activity you like to do.

I offer a way for people living with Fibromyalsia, Chronic Fatigue, and other chronic autoimmune conditions to regain their health and reduce their pain. We accomplish this through natural foods and healthy living choices so they can live their best life.
Chronic pain is caused by inflammation in the body. We can reduce the inflammation in the body by first healing the gut, and then removing the toxins in the body that are causing the inflammation. Through healthy eating, exercise, and proper hydration we can remove the inflammation. This can be done without the use of costly medications that cause additional side effects to the body. I am a certified health coach through the Med Missionary program, and love to share my knowledge with those who are interested in holistic healing and wellness.
Our recent pandemic experience has shown us that denial of access to the medical system is a reality that can happen at any time. Knowing how to heal our family and friends in times of emergency is essential. Keeping our bodies in optimal health is something that is in the reach of all of us. God provided a handbook for how we should live our lives. He also gave health guidelines to Ellen G. White to help us through this time in our history.
Since God made our bodies, He knows how to keep them running smoothly. All we need to do is follow His advice, so the miraculous bodies He gave us can stay healthy and strong.
