My only competition is myself. I heard this statement today for the first time by Tyler Perry. My mind is blown because it’s so simple and yet so true.
This is a show that I think everyone should see if they want a deeper relationship with Jesus. It has taken us through well known Bible stories and breathed new life into them. Now when we read the Bible it has a deeper meaning as we feel we have a real connection with the writers of the gospel and the characters themselves.
What I’ve learned after of a year of business in the health and lifestyle coaching industry has been epic! I have broken through so many personal boundaries that were holding me back. Many of which I didn’t even know I had! I’m not where I thought I’d be, and yet I’ve grown so much more than I thought possible. Here are some of my wins from the last year.
God’s health plan for us hasn’t changed much over the years. In the 1900’s, He actually gave a woman named Ellen G. White detailed guidance on what a healthy lifestyle should look like. She diligently wrote them down and shared them with anyone who would listen. Those who follow her advice most closely in Loma Linda, California have one of the highest rates of life expectancy in the world. I love how this Dr. Roger Seheult shows us how medical science has caught up with what Ellen G. White taught all those years ago.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
